摘要
为解决竹纤维吸浆速度快、纱线吸湿后易膨胀造成粘并的问题,对9.8 tex竹纤维纱进行上浆实践。采用GM8-60和CP-L为主浆料的配方,以减少纱线毛羽、增加耐磨性;HS-30型浆纱机Ⅰ辊压力为13 kN,Ⅱ辊压力为16 kN,并且严格控制烘燥温度和车速,减少了对浆纱强力的影响。通过整经、浆纱采取一系列有效措施,使该品种在ZAX-E型织机上的织造效率达到90%。
To resolve problems of quick pick - up and easy expansion after moisture absorption of bamboo fiber, sizing practice of 9, 8 tex bamboo fiber yarn was done. GMS-60 and CP-L were chose as main size mixture to reduce yarn hairiness and increase abrasion resistance. Pressure of Ⅰ roller of HS-30 sizing machine is 13 kN, and pressure of Ⅱ roller is 16 kN, temperature of drying and speed were control seriously to reduce the influence on. sizing strength, Weaving efficiency of the variety weaving in AX-E loom can reach 90% through effective measures in warping and sizing process.
