摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定抗感灵片中盐酸小檗碱的含量.方法:色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18(4.6×250mm,5μ),检测波长265nm.结果:盐酸小檗碱的平均加样回收率为99.4%,RSD为2.1%,重复性试验的RSD为2.2%。结论:本方法简便可靠,结果稳定,重复性好,本方法可用于测定抗感灵片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。
Objective ： To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Berberrin in Kangganling tablet. Methods ： A Diamonsil^TM C18 （250 × 4.6mm,5μ）was used, the wavelength for detection was 265nm. Results： The average recovery rate for Berberrin was 99.4% ,and RSD was 2.1%. The RSD of the reproducibility was 2.2%. Conclusion： The procedure is simple and reliable. The results are stable and reproducible. The method can be used for evaluation the quality of Kangganling tablet.
