介绍了知识管理理论与组织学习理论的基本概念和原理,分析比较了两者的联系和区别,探讨了两种理论融合的可能性。
This paper first describes the basic conceptions and principles of knowledge management and organizational learning. Then it compares the relationships and differences between them. Finally, the possibility of syncretizing the two theories is explored.
