维生素D受体基因多态性与糖尿病的相关性 被引量:19

摘要 目的研究维生素D受体(VDR)基因BsmⅠ酶切位点多态性是否与糖尿病(DM)的易感性相关。方法采用PCR-RFLP方法分型并用χ2检验比较各组间基因型及等位基因频率的分布。结果全部研究对象中共见BB、bb、Bb三种基因型。1型糖尿病(T1DM)BB基因型频率为2%,Bb基因型频率为47%,分别明显高于对照组的0.5%和9.2%,而2型糖尿病(T2DM)的BB基因型频率为0.6%,Bb基因型频率为10.8%,与对照组分别相似。结论VDR基因BsmI位点多态性与T2DM的易感性可能无关(P>0.05),但与T1DM的易感性密切相关(P<0.05)。 Objective To investigate whether Vitamin D reeeptor(VDR) gene polymorphism is associated with diabetes mellitus affectivity(DM). Methods In this experiment we analyzed the VDR gene polymorphism by the PCR-PFLP method. Results The genotype frequencies for BB and Bb were 0.5% and 9.2% in the control; and 1% and 20% respectively in the DM groups among which they were 2% and 47% respectively in patients with type 1 diabetes;and 0.6% and 10.8% respectively in patients with type 2 diabetes. The BB or Bb frequency was not significantly higher in the patients with type 2 diabetes than in the control group (P〉0.05) ,and so was the B allele. But it was significantly higher in the patients with type 1 diabetes than in the control group(P〈0.05), and so was the B allele. Conclusions This study shows that the BB/ Bb genotype may be not associated with the susceptibility to type 2 diabetes,but may be associated with the susceptibility to type 1 diabetes in our study, suggesting that there may be tight correlation between the vitamin D receptor BsmI polymorphism and susceptibility of type 1 diabetes.
