摘要 用悬浮法光催化氧化实际印染废水,并与不加催化剂的光降解处理废水的结果进行比较,结果表明:采用TiO2为催化剂可以显著加快光催化氧化过程。探讨了处理时间、处理温度、TiO2催化剂用量等因素对废水的去除和脱色的影响。实验结果表明,光催化处理该染料废水的最佳工艺条件为:处理时间6 h,温度30℃,TiO2用量为1mg/mL。 In this paper, tests of photocatalytic degradation of dye and printing wastewater are carded out with or without TiO2 as the catalyst. It is shown that TiO2 can greatly accelerate the photo oxidation of the wastewater. The effect of the processing time, temperature and the catalyst quantity on the removal of the wastewater and the discoloration is discussed. The test result shows that the most effective processing condition for photocatalytic oxidation degradation of dye and printing wastewater is 6h, 30℃ and quantity of the catalyst is 1mg/mL.
