摘要
采用ANSYS-CFX软件,针对宝钢4#连铸机中间包结构和操作工艺参数,进行了流动与传热耦合过程的三维数值模拟,并用水力学模拟进行验证。分析比较了无任何控流装置和有控流装置下的钢水流动以及RTD曲线,结果表明:设置湍流控制器可以使中间包内钢水流动死区减少,活塞区增大,更有利于夹杂物的去除。
Three dimensional mathematical models were used successfully to the model liquid steel flow and its temperature distribution in the tundish of No.4 continuous caster with various structures and operation parameters by the commercial software ANSYS-CFX, and the results were validated by water simulations. The comarisons of fluid flow and the residence time distribution (RTD) were made for the tundish equipped with a turbulence inhibitor and without any inhibitor. The results showed that the turbulence inhibitor could reduce the dead volume fraction and increase the piston volume fraction, therefore, to improve the inclusions removing from steel.
