摘要
在pH 9.00的NH4Cl-NH3.H2O缓冲体系中,铁(Ⅲ)与对二乙氨基苯基荧光酮(p-DMEPF),溴代十四烷基吡啶(TPB)反应生成三元蓝紫色配合物,其吸光度值与铁(Ⅲ)的浓度成正比,据此建立了测定微量铁的分光光度新方法。该体系的最大吸收波长为610 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.07×105L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限为0.023μg/25 mL,铁含量在0.056-6.7μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律。此方法简单,用于水样以及必是饮品中铁含量的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction between iron( Ⅲ ) and p-diethylamine phenylfluoronc (p-DEMPF) was studied. In a NH4ClNH3·H2O buffer solution with pH 9.00 and in the presence of tetradeeyl pyridine bromide (TPB), iron( Ⅲ ) reacts on p-DEMPF to form a bluish violet complex. The apparent molar absorptivity is about 1.07 × 10^5 L· mol^-1· cm^-1 with a maximum absorption wavelength of 610 nm. Under the optimal conditions, the range for the determination of iron( Ⅲ ) in compliance with the Beer's law was 0.056 - 6.7 μg/25 mL with the detection limit equating to 0.023 μg/25 mL. Based on these facts,a simple method for the determination of micro-amounts of iron ( Ⅲ ) was proposed and has been satisfactorily used in the analysis of water and soft drinks.
