摘要
在H3PO4介质中锗(Ⅳ)与桑色素反应生成配合物,使溶液的荧光明显增强,据此建立了测定微量锗的荧光分析新方法。体系的激发波长λex=420 nm,发射波长λem=505 nm,锗的质量浓度在20-600μg/L范围内与ΔF存在良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为1.1×10-7g/L,已用于煤矸石中微量锗的测定,结果满意。
A highly sensitive fluorescence method for the determination of germanium based on the formation of Ge ( Ⅳ )-mofin complex has been developed. In the presence of H3PO4 medium,Ge( Ⅳ ) reacts upon morin to form a complex and enhances the fluorescence intensity of mofin solution. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 420 and 505 nm respectively. There is a linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of germanium ranging from 20 to 600 μg/L. The detection limit forGe(Ⅳ) of this method is 1.1 × 10^-7 g/L. The method has been applied to the determination of micro-amount of germanium in coal gangue with satisfactory results.
