摘要
海洋有着众多丰富的生物资源,对人类有着重要意义。自古以来闽粤人民利用当地优势,靠海吃海,充分开发海洋资源。至明清时期,闽粤地区海洋资源的开发利用得到进一步发展,建立了更加成熟的依靠海洋、资仰于海洋的海洋经济模式,海鲜业已成为当地很普遍的食品,从而对近现代中国海洋资源的开发利用及丰富闽粤饮食文化有着重要意义。
The sea, which is of great benefit to human being, has abundant biological resources. From time immemorial, people in Fujian and Guangdong, using local predominance, depending on the sea, adequately exploited sea resources. In Ming and Qing dynasties, the sea resources were more exploited, the sea economic mode was established relying on the sea, and the seafood became prevelent food in Fujian and Guangdong. having significance in the development of sea resources and the affluence of dietetic culture ese areas.
