摘要
大型薄壁钢筒脱硫塔的结构形式复杂,基础采用桩基。研究该脱硫塔的动力特性,对该塔结构设计有重要意义。本文根据有限元理论,对脱硫塔结构进行有限元建模,建立了两种模型:不考虑桩-土-结构共同作用和考虑桩-土-结构共同作用,并分别对两种模型的动力特性进行了分析。计算分析表明,桩土对结构的动力特性是有一定影响的,并为其工程设计提供了更有实用价值的参考。
Smoke desulfuration absorber tower is a big, thin-walled steel tower with complicated structural form,and the pile foundation is used in the structure. Studying the dynamic properties of this tower is valuable in the structural design. According to the theory of finite element, two finite element models of smoke desulfuration absorber tower are established in this paper: one model is considering interaction behavior among smoke desulfuration absorber tower, pile and soil, the other is only considering smoke desulfuration absorber tower itself,and then the dynamic properties of the two different models are analyzed. The calculation shows that the dynamic properties of structure are influenced by soil and pile considerably. The conclusions provide a more pratically valuable reference to the engineering design.
