摘要
为防止城市桥梁垮塌酿成事故,南京市依据CJJ99—2003《城市桥梁养护技术规范》,对全市287座桥梁进行普查。按I￣V类,对桥梁完好状态等级进行评定。根据普查结果,对45座存在严重安全隐患的桥梁,区别轻重缓急制订方案,抓紧实施,3a内完成消险工作;对32座正在拆除或已覆盖无法评估的桥梁进行全面检测;对所有的桥梁加强维护管理工作,健全定期检测制度,把问题消除在萌芽状态;加强新建桥梁的质量安全监管,严把竣工验收关。
A number of 287 bridges in Nanjing have been investigated to protect the collapses of urban bridges according to CJJ 99-2003 Technical Code of Maintenance for City Bridge. The scale of sound condition of bridges would be evaluated from Type I to Type V. The plans to 45 bridges of serious hidden danger have been made by different conditions, and the removing danger work shoud be completed in 3 a. Then, 32 bridges (removing or coverd) should be made a total investigation. The maintenance & management of all the bridges should be strengthened; the regular inspection system should be completed to protect the appearence of problems. Furthermore, quality supervisory and completion test would be emphasized.
