摘要
本文将偏最小二来法（PLS）用于分光光度法同时测定水杨酸和苯甲酸，确定了最佳实验条件，所建立的方法用于食品防腐剂测定，结果令人满意。
Partial least squares (PLS)-Spectrophometry has been proposed for the simultaneous determination ofmulicomponet mixtures. The maximum absorption wavelengths appear at 200nm for acid and 196nm for benzoic acid.Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0f 0-1. 0μg/ml for benzoic acid and 0-1. 2μg/ml for salicylic acid. In the range from 190220 10 wavelengths for calculation. The present method has been used for the simultaneous determination of benzoic acidand salicylic acid in food preservative with satisfying results.
