摘要
根据2005年4到6月进行的“中国城镇居民教育与就业情况调查”所得到的城镇居民住房数据,从消费者的角度出发,探讨了中国城镇居民的住房自有率、人均面积和拥有多套住房家庭等问题,并由此给出相应的政策建议。
The data used in this research come from Chinese Urban Household Education and Employment Survey in 2005. We will discuss four topics about Chinese urban residential status:whether real estate market will fail in the near future; whether homeownership rate in China is too high; whether average residential area in China is too much and the analysis about family owning more than one apartment. Finally, we will give some policy advice according to this experimental research.
