摘要
采用实验室炼钢—连铸—直接轧制方法,研究了用连铸连轧工艺生产X70管线钢时不同的热装温度对成品组织性能的影响,结果表明,800℃热装比1100℃热装的钢板晶粒尺寸细小,位错密度高,因而强度较高,韧性也能满足要求;而1100℃热装的钢板,析出物尺寸比800℃热装时细小、分散,韧性较好。
With the steelmaking-casting-direct rolling process in laboratory, the influence of different charging temperature on microstructure and properties of X70 pipeline steel were researched. The results show that the fine grain and high density dislocation of plate was obtained which charged at 800℃, but the small and dispersion precipitation phase of plate was obtained which charged at 1100℃.
