介绍了兔毛纤维的结构与性能。详细阐述了纯兔毛织品的加工技术,包括纺纱技术、编织技术、染色技术和后整理技术,基本攻破了以往纯兔毛织品掉毛、缩水和起球三大难题。给出了纯兔毛织品的产品开发思路,即优秀的设计人才、完善的设计理念、多样化的产品品种和良性循环的产业链。
This paper introduces the structure and properties of the rabbit hair fiber, and presents in detail its processing technology including spinning technology, knitting technology, dyeing technology and post finishing technology, basically breaks through three difficult problems, i.e., hair drop, washing shrinkage and pilling. In addition, this paper puts forward the developing method of the pure rabbit hair fiber fabric, i.e., excellent designers, perfect design concept, diversified products and good industrial chain.
