摘要
简.奥斯丁是英国女性文学传统的启蒙者和开拓者。在文学创作过程中,她所承受的种种物质困难和精神压力反映了西方早期女性作家寻求和建立女性文学传统的艰难。为了能顺利通过层层男性道德批判,使自己的作品对读者建立起权威性,奥斯丁小说均采用了双层文本策略的叙事模式。与此同时,奥斯丁构建了女性内聚焦叙述模式和自由间接话语技法等为女性主义者所称道的女性写作策略,试图以此来颠覆男权叙事系统,建构女性叙述声音和叙事权威。
Jane Austin is said to start the tradition of British women writing. During her writing,she undertakes a great deal of material and spiritual pressures. In order to survive in the maleoriented discourse, she adopts a strategy of duplicity. In the meanwhile, Jane Austin adopts authorial voice, observes through the heroine＇s point of view, and makes use of a large amount of indirect speech to overturn male oriented discourse.
