摘要
在分析CAPP技术现状及发展趋势的基础上,结合模具零件加工工艺设计现状和存在的问题,提出了面向模具制造的CAPP系统的总体框架结构及各功能模块主要实现功能,编制了模具CAPP系统基础支撑软件——面向模具制造的工艺数据库管理系统,开发了模具结构件和标准件典型工艺检索系统和模具成形零件工艺生成系统。
The status quo and development trend of CAPP was analyzed and the state and problems in designing processing technology for mould parts and components were considered. Then a general CAPP system constitution for die ＆ mould manufacturing, and the key functions implemented by various functional modules were presented. A process parameters database management system for die ＆ mould manufacturing, the basic software for supporting CAPP system was established. The standard technological procedure retrieval system for die ＆ mould structural parts and standardized parts and components, and the generation system of technique for die ＆ mould forming parts was developed.
