摘要
以聚乙二醇(Mn=1000)和MDI为原料,NaHSO3为封端剂合成封端型水性聚氨酯,探讨了聚乙二醇、MDI、NaHSO3的用量以及反应时间和温度对封端型水性聚氨酯性能的影响,并通过分析其对纯棉织物的防皱整理效果,优化了合成封端型水性聚氨酯的工艺条件.
Waterborne blocked polyurethane was synthesized with polyethylene glycol (PEG, Mn=1 000) and MDI as raw materials and NaHSO3 as the blocking agent. The influences of PEG, MDI and NaHSO3 amts., and reaction times and temp. on the product properties were investigates, and the anti-crease finishing effect on cotton fabrics was analyzed to optimize the synthetic technol, conditions.
