摘要
“天时地气材美工巧”是中国古代造物的重要设计思想。通过对《考工记》的释读和再思考,在其基础上延伸了“天时”,拓展出“物宜”,补充了“人和”,强化了“工巧”,进而明确了中国古代造物设计思想:天时地利人和物宜工巧,并分析了其整体、联系、和谐的设计思维模式和独特价值。从而指出中国古代造物设计以致用与应变出发,因任自然,重视社会群体和实用技艺的倾向。同时也指出其明显弊端。
It is a very important thinking in ancient Chinese design to be harmonious with time, envi- ronment, material, and art. Based on interpreting and rethinking about Kaogongji and other ancient books on arts and crafts, the ancient Chinese design thinking as being harmonious with time, environment, material, and art were developed and extended with human factor. It was explained that its cognitive framework is the whole, its thinking framework is the relation, and its value framework is the harmoniousness. It starts with utility and to meet an emergency, which is adaptive to the nature; it pays more attention to the social and group, which is inclined to the applied technique in design; however, it has also such limitations as thinking much of the whole, little of the part, much of the relation, little of the essence, much of the idiographic, and little of the nonobjective.
