摘要
目的:分析重组猪卵透明带-3β截短型蛋白(tunc-pZP3β)的结构,以及重组蛋白中产生强免疫原性的氨基酸序列的抗原表位。方法:利用生物信息学方法分析tunc-pZP3β的序列信息,并同源建模tunc—pZP3β的三维结构,分析抗原表位。结果:建立了tunc-pZP3β的模拟三维结构,显示出两段目的抗原表位氨基酸序列位于蛋白表面。结论:tunc-pZP3β从理论上保留着抗原表位。
Objective: To analyze the epitopes of the recombinant truncated porcine zona pellucida protein 3β (tunc-pZP3β) based on the known antigenic sequence. Methods: The tunc-pZP3β modeling structure was performed by Homology and MODERLER module, and epitopes was analyzed based on the model. Results: The tunc-pZP3β modeling structure was constituted, and the known antigenic sequence was on the surface. Conclusion: The epitopes of the recombinant tunc-pZP3β is reserved theoretically.
