中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶与冠心病的相关性

The correlation of plasma neutrophil elastase concentration and coronary artery disease

摘要 目的研究血浆中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)与冠心病(CAD)的关系。方法根据冠状动脉造影结果,对87例患者按照冠心病Gensini′s评分系统进行评分。87例中,急性心肌梗死组(AMI)11例,不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)38例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)21例,正常对照组17例。用ELISA检测血浆中NE含量,研究NE含量与Gensini′s评分和冠心病危险因子之间的关系及组间NE含量的差异。结果NE含量与Gensini′s评分和各冠心病危险因子之间无相关性(P>0·05);AMI组、UAP组、SAP组与正常对照组之间NE含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论NE含量与冠心病之间未见有明确相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma neutrophil elastase(NE) concentration and coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods Eighty-seven subjects were all scored with Gensini's scores system according CAG. Among them, 11 had acute myocardial infaretion(AMI), 38 unstable angina peetoris(UAP), 21 stable angina peetoris(SAP)and 17 healthy controls. Plasma NE concentrations were determined using ELISA Kit. The correlation between NE concentrations and Gensini's scores, and between NE concentrations and cardiovascular risk factors were studied. Results Plasma NE concentration had no correlation with Gensini's scores and the cardiovasoular risk factors (P〉0. 05), and the difference of plasma NE concentrations between every two groups was not statistically significant(P〉0. 05). Conclusion Plasma NE concentration is not correlated with CAD.
