摘要 以二甲基硅油为主体成份 ,辅以多种乳化剂和助剂 ,在水相中复合乳化 ,制备了 FH型消泡剂 ,着重研究了原料组成、配比以及乳化工艺等因素对乳液稳定性和消泡效果的影响。结果表明 ,所制备的高效乳液消泡剂其粘度为 0 .8~ 0 .9Pa.s,贮存期为半年以上 ,消泡时间为 3~5s,抑泡时间可达 2 .5~ 3.5h。 The preparation method of FH-type highly effective organic silicon anti-foam agent emulsion is studied.The emulsion is formed by using dimethyl silicone oil as the main part,adding various other emulsion agents and additives under water phase.The influence of material composition material ratio and emulsion processing conditions on the emulsion stability and anti-foam effect is also discussed.The results show that the viscosity of emulsion agent is 0.8~0.9Pa.s,the time for storing is over half a year,the time of anti-foam is 3~5 s,the restraining time is over 2.5h.It can be concluded that the viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil,emulsione agent type and its quantities are the main effectiveness on the quality of the product.
