摘要
由校正初级象差求解三片分离物镜的初始结构参数,根据高级象差的变化规律确定最佳结构参数。三片分离物镜可满足大视场、大孔径。
Calculations were made for the structural parameters of thetri ̄separated objective lenses by means of the correction of primary aberration. The optimal structural parameters are determined according to the law of the change of high aberration. This kind of tri ̄separated objective lenses can meet the requirements of IR imaging for wide FOV, high aperture and high image quality.
