组织社会化过程中的新员工信息寻找行为实证分析 被引量:12

Empirical Analysis on the Newcomers′ Information Seeking Behavior in the Socialization Process

摘要 组织社会化作为组织文化得以传承的重要因素,是旨在获得多种信息和行为以有效成为其组织成员的过程,信息寻找行为是目前最受关注的研究方向之一。以调查问卷的实证研究方式,探讨组织社会化中新员工的信息寻找行为。结果显示,新员工在进入企业组织时倾向于采用主动寻找信息的行为;新员工没有因为工作时间不同、工作经验不同而表现出不同的信息寻找行为反应和寻找不同的信息内容,但是却在信息寻找战术上有显著差异;公开战术和观察战术是新员工最为倾向采用的信息寻找战术,并且对于获取各类信息有重要的影响作用。 As an important factor to succeed organizational culture, organizational socialization is the process for gaining more information and behavior to become efficiently organizational staff, and information seeking behavior is one of these research orientations. This paper uses questionnaire empirical approach probing into newcomers' information seeking behavior. As a result, newcomers will be inclined to seek information actively. The differences of newcomers' work time and work experiences don't cause difference in information seeking reaction and seek different information while leading to significant difference in information seeking tactics. Overt and observing tactics would be used much by newcomers and have important influences to acquire all kinds of information.
