摘要 本文用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了不同球磨时间Fe_(87)Zr_7B_6合金的微观结构,XRD结果表明合金形成体心结构固溶体,由于晶粒的团聚,SEM显示在整个合金化过程中Fe_(87)Zr_7B_6粉末始终保持微米级。 The microstructure of Fe87Zr7B6alloy as a function of MA time is investigated by XRD and SEM. XRD results show that the Fe87Zr7B6 alloy forms b. c. c. solid solution. Because of particle agglomerate, SEM indicates that particle size of Fe87Zr7B6 alloy keeps micron level during the MA process.
