摘要
房地产市场健康发展关系国计民生,通过数学模型的建立,分析影响房地产市场健康发展的因素,房价上涨虽有其合理性,但过快上涨不利于和谐发展,模型显示货币流动性过剩是主要因素,提供政策建议。
The healthy development of the real estate market is closely related to the National Policy and people＇s livelihood. By the establishment of mathematics model, and analyzing the factors which influence the healthy development of the real estate market, we can find out that although the rise of the housing affordability is reasonable, the quick rise is bad for the harmonious development. Meanwhile, we can see the excess of the currency flow is the main factor that leads to such situations, then, this article tries to provide some policy suggestion about it.
