摘要
目的:观察人参茎叶总皂苷口服对衰老皮肤弹力纤维和胶原纤维的作用。方法:小鼠颈背部皮下每日注射D-半乳糖(1000 mg.kg-1)造成衰老模型,同时灌胃50 mg.kg-1和100 mg.kg-1的人参茎叶总皂苷,42天后处死,10%甲醛固定。观察衰老皮肤胶原纤维和弹力纤维的改变。结果:50 mg.kg-1和100 mg.kg-1人参茎叶总皂苷使衰老小鼠皮肤中胶原纤维和弹力纤维的含量增加,100 mg.kg-1人参茎叶总皂苷作用更显著。结论:50 mg.kg-1和100 mg.kg-1人参茎叶总皂苷均对衰老皮肤的胶原纤维和弹力纤维有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Ginsenosides on elastic fiber and collagenous fiber in skin of the aging mice. Methods: The aging mice model was made by subcutaneous administration in cervix with a dose of D-galactose(1000 mg·kg^-1 )daily for 42 days. At the same time, the aging mice took Ginsenosides(50 mg·kg^-1 or 100 mg·kg^-1) orally. After 42 days the skin tissue was fixed in 10% formaldehyde and the elastic fiber and collagenous fiber were checked. Results: Ginsenosides of 50 mg·kg^-1 and 100 mg·kg^-1 once daily for 42 d could significently increase the amount of elastic fiber and collagenous fiber in skin of the aging mice. And the effect of Ginsenosides of 100 mg/kg·d^-1 is more remarkable. Conelusion:Ginsenoside has remarkable protective effect on elastic fiber and collagenous fiber in skin of the aging mice.
