摘要
从人才学的视角来看,在高校教师科研创新团队的成长过程中,共同愿景是高校科研创新团队及其成员成长的导航塔;“以人为本,多人互动”是团队成长的永恒准则;合理运用权力可以维持团队稳定,起到激励的作用;制度体系的建立是高校教师科研创新团队高绩效的保障;资源的合理分配可以凝聚人气,保持科研创新团队的持续健康发展;团队的组织结构应便于制度的贯彻执行;良好的团队文化氛围对于团队的成长能起到促进作用。
From the view point of talent studies, the growth mechanism of college scientific research teams requires the coordination of the following seven principal factors. The common expectation is the guidance station. "People-oriented and interaction among people" is the lasting principle of the teams. Appropriate application of power can keep teams stable and motivated. The establishment of institutional system can ensure the high efficacy of teams. Reasonable distribution of resources can unite members and keep the sustainable and healthy development of teams. The structure of teams should benefit the performance of regulations. Favorable team culture can promote growth of teams.
