摘要
供应链运作过程中,会面对各种不确定性。分析了引起供应链不确定性的来源,阐明了供应链不确定性和具体的各种供应链决策的关系,提出了具体的管理方式以降低供应链的不确定性,为供应链管理提供决策支持。
During the process of supply chain operation, many uncertainties will appear. This paper analyzes the causes of those uncertainties of the supply chain, elucidates the relationship between the uncertainties and the decisions of the supply chain, brings forward the concrete management methods to reduce the supply chain uncertainties and provides the supply chain management with decision-making support.
