开关电源中光耦隔离的几种典型接法对比研究 被引量:12

摘要 对于原/副边需要隔离的电源系统,光耦隔离是最为常用的方法之一。根据实际的多电平逆变器驱动电源中所需要的半桥辅助电源及反激式电源,对4种典型的光耦隔离反馈方式之间的区别及其不同的应用场合进行了研究。通过比较研究,给出了光耦反馈设计要点,得出了不同光耦反馈方式的适用场合。 Optocouplers are widely used in isolated power systems. An actual multi-level inverter's auxiliary half bridge power system and a fly-back power system were introduced. Four different kinds of optocoupler feedback methods'and their application fields were also introduced. By comparing differences, some main rules for the designing of optocoupler feedback systems and how to choose the right one when using in different fields were provided.
