摘要 介绍了大容量动力型10Ah锂离子电池和高功率型7.5Ah锂离子电池的产品设计、技术指标确认、主要原材料的选择、制造工艺过程和性能检测情况。两种型号产品经美国安全检测实验室按照UL1642标准检测,符合标准要求并取得UL认证。动力型10Ah电池以0.5C电流进行充放电循环,在100%DOD的条件下,循环寿命500次时能达到额定容量的80%。在-40℃条件下,以0.2C电流放电至终止电压,放电容量可达额定容量的54%。高功率型7.5Ah电池能以26.6C(200A)电流放电18s。以1.5C电流进行充放电循环,在100%DOD的条件下,循环寿命在1200次时,仍能达到额定容量的80%。在-40℃条件下,以0.2C电流放电至终止电压,放电容量可达额定容量的86%。 The Li-ion high power batteries with the capacity of 10Ah and 7.5Ah were introduced about their designs, performance, choice of the main raw materials, manufacture process and their quality conirol. Both of the two kinds of battery have passed the UL 1642 test and obtained the certification. After 500 cycles at 0.5C, the remaining capacity of 10Ah high power battery was higher than 80% of its nominal capacity. At - 40℃, the 10Ah and 7.5Ah high power battery can deliver 54% and 86% of their nominal capacity at 0. 2C respectively. Under 26.6C (200A), the discharging of 7.5Ah high power battery can last 18s, and the capacity fading was less than 20% after 1200 cycles with 100% DOD at 1.5C.
