摘要
根据目前科技发展趋势,通过数字图书馆与传统图书馆功能的比较,分析了数字图书馆的发展意义,并研究了它在大学中的各项建设举措。
According to the trend of technology development, this paper compared the differences between traditional library and digital library, and analyzed the meaning of developing digital library, and then studied on its developmental measures in college.
