脂膜炎致间质性肺炎的^(18)F-FDG符合线路显像一例

摘要 患者女，75岁，因无明显诱因间断发热（体温37．1～37．8℃）、咳嗽、咳痰伴胸闷2个月入院。60年前曾患结核性胸膜炎、输卵管结核。入院后体格检查：心率80次／min，律齐。双肺呼吸音清，双下肺可闻及爆裂音。肝脾肋下未触及。全身浅表淋巴结未触及。实验室检查：血WBC6．0×10^9／L，中性粒细胞81．7％，PLT 142×10^9／L，RBC 3．31×10^12／L，Hb62g/L，红细胞沉降率74mm／l h，结核菌素试验阴性。
