摘要
目的分析军事院校学员的心理健康状况,为学校有针对性开展健康教育提供依据。方法分层整群抽取某军事院校本科生一~四年级8个学员队998人,以队为单位集中发给自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)、孤独量表(UCLA)、抑郁量表(BDI)和焦虑量表(SAS),在规定时间内独立填写完成。结果不同年级学员生理健康、心理健康和社会健康方面得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。不同年级学员在无抑郁、轻度抑郁和重度抑郁构成上差异有统计学意义。非条件Logistic回归分析表明,军校学员抑郁情绪与乐观、空虚感、社会活动等有关。自测健康与焦虑各因子的多元逐步回归分析表明,惊恐、焦虑、乏力和睡眠障碍等因子与总体健康有关(P〈0.05)。结论不同年级学员的健康状况不同,学校应根据实际情况开展有针对性的心理健康教育,提高军校学员的综合素质。
Objective To analyze the mental health status of military college students, so as to provide evidence for the mental health education. Methods 998 students of 8 student teams in military college were selected by stratified duster samphng. All the subjects independently filled in the Self - rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0(SRHMS), ULCA Loneliness Scale, Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and Self- rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). Results There were significant differences in the scores of physiological health, psychological health and social health (P 〈 0.01 ) among different grades. There were significant differences in the proportions of non depression, mild depression, severe depression among four grades. Logistic regression analysis showed depression was related to optimism, vacuity and social activities. Stepwise regression analysis revealed that anxiety, panic, debilitation and sleep disorder were related to the health(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Due to the different health status in four grades, psychological health education should be carried out among military college students.
