摘要
肝胆结石片与胆通对照临床验证435例胆石病例,改善临床症状和体征的总有效率,肝胆结石片组为93.9%,胆通组为72.8%(P<0.005)。本品和胆通均连续服药3个月后做影象学(B超),复查受治者胆石变化比较,溶石总有效率治疗组为75.20%,对照组为47.27%。试管溶石试验、动物体内药效试验显示,本品对人体三种结石(胆红素结石、胆固醇结石、混合结石)均有不同程度的溶石和防石作用。对胆红素结石和混合结石的溶石和防石作用较强。
Four -hundred thirty five cases of cholelithiasis were treated by Gandan Jieshi Tablet (GJT), with Dantong Tablet as control, the total effective rates being 93. 94% and 72. 84% respectively (P < 0. 005). Both remedies were administered for 3 successive months, followed by B -ultrasonic exam for comparison of the changes of the stones. The total effective rate for the dissolution of stones were 75. 20% and 47. 27% in the treatment group and control group respectively. Test - tube dissolving test, in vivo pharmaco - dynamic test in animals all revealed that for 3 kinds of stones (bifirubin, cholesterol and mixed stone) , the GJT yielded both dissolving and preventing action to different degrees, being stronger for the first and last kinds of stone.
