摘要
目的初步探讨MPR技术在成人腭部解剖中的应用价值。方法收集10例多层螺旋CT薄层扫描的成人腭部资料;运用MPR技术,对10例资料行冠、矢状重组;分析对腭部各结构的显示。结果10例资料矢状重组像均可显示软、硬腭全长,切牙孔全长,双侧翼腭管全长;10例资料轴位像显示腭大孔20个、腭小孔19个;10例资料在冠状位像均可显示腭帆张肌、腭帆提肌、腭舌肌、腭咽肌行程。结论轴位扫描像结合MPR技术能很好显示腭的各大体解剖结构,MPR技术在腭部的影像解剖及其病变中有广泛应用前景。
Objective: To evaluate the application value of MPR in adults palatini imaging anatomy. Methods: 10 cases of adults, palatum data which were scaned by multi - slice helical CT with thin slice was obtained, and all the images of palate, including axial, coronal, and sagittal images, were analysed. Results: Total length of soft and hard palate, incisor foramen, bilateral canalis pterygopalatinus were demonstrated on sagittal images in 10 cases. 20 greater palatine foramen and 19 lesser palatine foramen were demonstrated on axial images in 10 cases. Total length of tensor veh palatini, levator veli palatini, palatoglossal and palatopharyngeal muscls were demonstrated on coronal images in 10 cases. Conclusion: Axial scan combined with MPR could display the structure of palatum very well, and MPR have wide application perspective in palatal image anatomy and its diseases.
