摘要
基督教的罪不仅仅是一般意义上的干坏事,它有其自身特殊的含义,同时它与法律意义上的罪也是两个不同的概念,有着本质上的区别。按照美国主流文化的标准而被打造出来的电影《七宗罪》(英文名称Seven)从宗教的角度来解读当代美国社会弊病,充分展示了美国人对基督教的罪的诠释以及对基督教《圣经》的尊崇,尤其是在物欲横流的当代美国社会,其宗教反思的社会意义不言而喻。
Sin in Christianity should not be considered merely doing something evil, but it also has special connotation. Meanwhile, it is different from the legal term of crime. The American movie Se7en produced in accordance with the standard of American mainstream culture explains the social evils of modem American society from the perspective of Christianity, and it displays Americans＇ opinions about sins in Christianity and the worship of the Bible. The introspection is self - evident, especially in a society being popular in materialism. By exploring the origin of the concept of sin and the seven deadly sins from the Bible and other related Christian classics, this article delineates the development of the seven deadly sins depicted in the movie Se7en.
