3种影像学方法对近端胃和远端胃划分的一致性探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过现代影像学手段对进食后胃排空过程中近端胃和远端胃划分进行定位和研究。方法采用单光子发射计算机断层照相仪(SPECT)、实时超声仪及X线对36例健康志愿者近端胃和远端胃分界部位进行划分,观察3种方法划分的一致性。结果在健康者胃排空过程中胃角的大弯和小弯侧同时出现了凹陷,形成一缩窄带,该缩窄带位置恒定,将胃在生理状态时分为近端和远端,实时超声、SPECT和X线显像结果一致性非常好。结论健康者进食后胃排空过程中以胃角为界分为近端胃和远端胃;SPECT方法和实时超声及X线这三种现代影像学技术对近端胃和远端胃的分界提供了更可靠的数据。
