论教育管理科学模式与人文模式的统一

摘要 教育管理有多种理论模式,如经验模式、行政模式、科学模式、人文模式等等,综观这些教育管理模式,每一种管理模式都有自己的优点,同时也有自己的不足与局限,如何根据时代发展的需要,探讨新的教育管理模式是当代教育管理理论与实践的重要课题。从教育管理的未来发展来看,新的模式的建立必须突破单一模式的思路,探寻复合型管理模式,寻求科学模式与人文模式的统一,甚至探寻各种模式的结合而形成教育管理的综合模式。
