摘要 为回收一台52m2铁矿烧结机的冷却过程余热资源,回用于烧结原料的混合和加热过程,实际设计一套基于热管元件的余热锅炉系统。该系统以热管为主要传热元件,以分离式汽化套管为蒸汽发生器,以直立式翅片结构为强化传热手段,使之适应烧结冷却废气的流量、温度和含尘量特点。经过至今约8年的实际运行,该系统几乎可以稳定地提供6 t/h的饱和蒸汽,并且对于铁矿烧结过程具有较好的适用性和经济效益。 In order to recover the waste heat in a 52m^2 iron - ore sinter's cooling process, and to provide heat in turn for sinter material's mixing and heating, an exhaust boiler system was designed in practice. This system used heat - pipe as the main element, separated casing - tube as steam genera- tor, vertical fins as heat transfer strengthening measure, against the characteristics in gas volume, temperature level and dust content in the exhaust gas of the iron - ore sinter's cooling process. For about 8 years operation up to now, almost steadily 6t/h saturated steam has been providing to the sinter process by the system. It is proved the design of the system is applicable and beneficial to iron - ore sinter process.
