波动压力下汽油机缸内流场的瞬态数值模拟 被引量:2

Transient simulation of cylinder intake flow under dynamic pressure boundary condition

摘要 在试验的基础上运用瞬态数值模拟方法,以四气门汽油机进气过程为例,对均值压力边界和瞬态波动压力边界下的进气过程进行了模拟计算及比较,结果表明进气压力波动对缸内的宏观气流运动影响较大,加强了缸内滚流运动强度的波动.而对缸内宏观热物性参量的影响较小,这些参量在压力波动的过程中没有出现大幅波动. Three dimensional transient simulation is an effective way to explore the transient intake flow characteristics under dynamic pressure boundary condition. The intake processes under two kinds of intake pressure boundary are simulated in the article, including the cycle averaged pressure boundary condition and the dynamic pressure boundary condition. Comparison between the two results shows that dynamic pressure boundary condition may have greate influence on the tumble motion of the intake flow, whereas have less influence on the macro thermo parameters of in-cylinder fluid field.
