摘要
FDI是促进区域经济发展的重要力量,近几年FDI的流向出现了一些新的变化,低工资成本、低土地价格等个体因素对FDI的影响力逐渐下降,集群的集聚力要远远大于工资土地成本等分散力的影响,而区域产业集群优势对FDI吸引力逐渐增强,FDI的集群趋势不断增强,文章提出了区域产业集群优势是吸引FDI的主要因素,并通过实证研究进行了相关论证,这要求传统的引资政策必须进行调整,地方政府必须努力创造集群竞争优势,这是扩大FDI的重要选择。
FDI promotes the region economy development. In recent years＇ FDI flow direction appeared some new changes, individual factor such as low payroll cost, low land price dropped gradually to the FDI influence, the colony gathered the strength bigger than dispersion force by wages land cost influence, but the region industry colony superiority strengthened gradually to the FDI attraction, the FDI colony tendency strengthened unceasingly. This article proposed the region industry colony superiority was attracts FDI the primary factor, and has carried on the correlation proof through the real diagnosis research, this request the traditional policy to have to carry on the adjustment, the local authority must create the colony competitive advantage diligently. This is the important choice for expansion of FDI.
