摘要
本文首先对航空发动机结构发展进行了回顾,指出今后10~20年内发动机结构和材料应用方面的发展趋势;接着对推重比10一级发动机中采用的新结构及其强度设计技术进行了详细分析,预测了推重比12~15一级发动机中可能出现的新结构及强度问题;最后分析了发动机结构及材料与强度设计的相互依存关系。
This paper reviews engine structure and strength development history, and introduces the developing trend in engine structure and material application in the future. The new structure and strength design employed by engines with 10:1 thrust/weight ratio have been analyzed. Challenges in new structure and materials of engines with thrust/weight ratio of 12-15:1 have been predicted. Finally the interactions between engine structure and material and engine strength design have been investigated.
