摘要
针对螺旋型钢丝绳隔震器的径向静力刚度特性,进行了大、中、小三种变形幅值的循环加卸载试验,分析了不同循环幅值(或工作状态)对隔震器刚度特性的影响。围绕隔震器三种承载静力平衡点,进行了中、小变形幅值的循环加卸载试验,考察了不同静力平衡点(或承载状态)对隔震器静力平衡位置偏移大小的影响。试验结果表明,钢丝绳隔震器工作点的刚度特性和平衡位置偏移对隔震器的工程应用有重要影响。文中的试验结果、机理分析、应用讨论和所得结论,对钢丝绳隔震器的建模和实际应用均具有参考价值。本文仅对试验测试结果作一讨论,基于试验的力学模型研究将在另文阐述。
Static tests of radial rigidity of helical steel rope isolators are conducted in detail.The loading cycle effects of three levels of the isolater deformation amplitude on their radial rigidity are analyzed.The excursions of the isdator initial balance position at three different static balance points over two different range of deformation are observed.The tests show that the characteristics of rigidity and the deviation of the isolator initial balance position strongly influence the performance of isolators.Experimental reswlts and analysis provide a valuable reference for steel rope isolator modeling and its application in engineering.
