青光眼滤过术抗瘢痕的治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术中使用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-Fu)的抗瘢痕作用。方法将42例(46只眼)各种类型青光眼患者随机分为2组:治疗组对21例(23只眼)采用青光眼小梁切除术,术中用5 mg/ml的5-Fu棉片贴敷巩膜瓣下的巩膜床5 min,用40 ml生理盐水冲洗;对照组仅不用5-Fu棉片,余同。观察2组术后滤过泡形成,眼压及并发症等情况。结果治疗组在18个月时功能性滤过泡为84.3%,对照组为51.6%。术后不同随诊时间,随着时间的延长,5-Fu组的眼压均值低于对照组,其手术成功率高于对照组。结论5-Fu在青光眼小梁切除术中的使用,能起到防止瘢痕形成,获得稳定的眼压下降作用。
