SWOT分析法能够明确企业自身的优势和劣势,以及面临的机会和威胁。家族企业应建立现代企业制度,变“小家文化”为“大家文化”,改革用人制度,实行专业化管理。
The SWOT analysis method is one method which can confirm the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats through of an organization . The family business should establish the modern enterprise system, change ＂ little family culture＂ to ＂everybody culture＂, reforms personnel system and carry out the specialized management.
