摘要 目的对Ca2+、Ca(OH)2和OH-3种成分在煤泥凝聚中的作用机理研究与分析,为洗煤废水的处理以及混凝剂的筛选与开发提供理论依据.方法通过试验和理论分析对Ca2+、Ca(OH)2和OH-3种成分在煤泥凝聚中的作用及其机理进行研究.结果实验研究结果表明:OH-在煤泥凝聚过程中不直接起作用,Ca2+在煤泥凝聚中起着主要作用,Ca(OH)2对煤泥凝聚起一定的补充作用.结论Ca2+对煤泥的凝聚,不仅是游离Ca2+吸附压缩双电层的作用,而是多方面因素共同作用的结果.沉淀吸附在煤泥颗粒表面的Ca(OH)2对混凝效果有一定的促进作用. For Ca^2 +, Ca(OH)2 and OH^-, their coagulation mechanism in the coal - slime sedimentation was researched and analysized, which laid a solid foundation for the processing coal-washing wastewater and coagulant selecting and developing. Through the experiment and analysis, the coagulation and its mechanism of Ca^2+, Ca(OH)2 and OH-in coal-slime sedimentation were researched. The results indicated that OH-did not function directly in that process, but Ca^2+ did, with Ca(OH)2 doing supportively. It showed that the process of Ca^2 + coagulating coal-slime was the result of both Ca^2 + compressing double-layer and some other factors. Ca(OH)2 sedimentation on the particles of coal-slime played a promoting role in coagulation.
