脑电双频谱指数监测在小儿全身麻醉中的应用 被引量:9

The application of bispectral index in pediatric general anesthesia

摘要 脑电双频谱指数(BIS)能准确、及时地反映大脑生理功能的变化。其在成人全身麻醉中有较大的应用价值,现就BIS监测的原理,在小儿麻醉中的应用、应用过程中的局限性以及应用前景等加以综述。 BIS can reflect the changes of cerebral physiological function exactly. Usually, it is valuable in general anesthesia of adult. This article summarizes the mechanism of BIS, the application in pediatric patients, the limitation and the expectation of its application.
