摘要 设计和实现了对多类汽车驾驶室电路系统进行故障检测的控制和数据处理平台。针对驾驶室电路系统的不同性质的被检对象,分别实现了对模拟量、数字量信号采集与输入及相关信号处理,以及对驾驶室仪表传感器信号的模拟。建立了驾驶室电路系统和检测结果查询数据库,不仅可以实现对检测结果的实时显示,而且可以进行对检测结果历史数据的本机查询,并通过Intranet进行远程的检测结果查询。经过在驾驶室生产线上的试验表明系统运行稳定可靠。 A control and signal processing system is designed and implemented for fauh detection of cab electric circuit in various types of vehicles. The acquisition, input and processing of analogue and digital signals and the simulation on sensor signals of cab instruments are realized for different detected objects of cab electric circuit respectively. Databases for cab electric circuit and its detecting results are also set up for real time display and subsequent inquiry, including remote inquiry by intranet. The trial operation on cab production line shows that the system functions stable and reliable.
