摘要
神经肽Y(NPY)是36个氨基酸组成的多肽,NPY的基因通过转录、翻译在神经细胞合成,经轴索输送至神经末梢并与去甲肾上腺素共存于交感神经的分泌囊泡,接受刺激后释放。在心血管等多种组织中分布着NPY受体。NPY通过受体发挥着许多生物学功能,在机体的多种生理和病理状态中发挥着重要作用。
Neuropeptide Y is a polypeptide with 36 amino acids, which can be synthesis in neurocyte by its gene transcription and translation as well as transported to nerve terminal by neuraxis and then coexist in ortyosympathetic secretory vesicle with noradrenalin. It can be relaesed after accepting stimulus. NPY receptor distributes widely in many tissues including heart, vessel and so on. NPY exerts its many biological function by its receptor,which play an important role in physiological and pathological condition of the body.
